JanYOUary – this month it’s all about you.

JanYOUary is most definitely all about you! As we hit the ground running for a successful year, don’t forget to give yourself some TLC. You have great goals you’ve stet out to accomplish and the best way to achieve them is to keep making good choices that benefit you.

I stumbled across this post by @kristinquinnmom yesterday:

I love this because it doesn’t only pertain to Moms, it’s applicable to all of us. We can swap out the words to cover everything in life and the lesson stays the same: In the end YOU and only you are in charge of your happiness and your attitude towards life. YOU make this conscious choice.

I love this time of the year. The last few days of 2014, when you get to say goodbye to the old and hello to the new. To me the beginning of a new year is almost like turning a page or maybe better: starting a new book. Excitement and motivation of dreams and goals that you can accomplish. The promise to yourself that THIS year is going to be your year.

So what dreams and ideals do you have for this year? What do you want to accomplish?
