It seems gone are the days of high-end, thoughtful entertaining but there is a reason why it used to exist, and it works! There are less and less companies out there doing it and when you do, it now sets you apart and really elevates your brand like never before.

2) How Do You Know What To Outsource And What To Do Yourself?

I believe in hiring out for what I am not the best at and I wholeheartedly believe in “outsource, outsource, outsource” when needed. This helps me concentrate on my zone of genius and my employees or partner vendors can make me look amazing. This, in turn, has created a  lot more freedom for me in my business. I have people that can step in and have my back when I need it and they keep things rolling!

3) What’s The Most Important Part Of Getting More Organized and Strategic?

Setting aside the time to do it, and for me it’s having others to work with on it and to use as a sounding board - whether it’s a coach, a colleague or a peer business owner. I find this so incredibly valuable and my brain works really well in this scenario. Two heads truly are better than one!
