Describe your business before you worked with me as your coach

My biggest pain point was having no support system for my agency.

Why did you decide to hire me as your coach?

I didn't have anyone to bounce ideas off of who had experience in this world.

What changed in your business as a result of working with me as your coach?

Working with you gave me some realizations that I need to work within my personality strengths and not try and fit myself into the "agency" mold. So, I have completely rethought how I run my business. Now, I do the work that I love and outsource the parts I don't instead of feeling like I have to strictly lead. 

I appreciated that you gave tough love. When we needed to make a change, you were always there to push us into what was best for us and not try and sell us a system. We're individuals, and you treated us that way.


What happened in the way your business is managed as a result of working with me? 

I re-imagined my team to fit what I needed it to look like. Now, instead of outsourcing content, I do it myself, but I outsource editing, research, graphic design, and management. So, I can focus on what I love. My revenue has remained steady (5-figures a month), but my profit has gone up.
