Sometimes making decisions can be overwhelming and time-consuming. Today, I'm going to share my strategies to help you make better decisions faster.

Hello and welcome. My name is Hanneke, and I am here to assist you in designing a career and business that you love. Regardless of who we are, we all make decisions on a daily basis. Some of these decisions are significant and can have a profound impact on our business, career, and life. This is often where I see many of my clients struggle, unsure of which decision or option to choose.

When you're struggling to make a decision, the first step is to clarify what you want in the bigger picture. For example, if your goal is to lose weight, that becomes the ultimate objective, and any decision you make should support that goal.

Now, let's move on to the second step. When you're in the midst of a decision-making process and unsure whether to choose option A or option B, let's say cake or carrots in the context of losing weight, you need to evaluate these options and determine which one will bring you closer to your desired goal. Clearly, in this case, carrots would be a better decision than cake. However, sometimes you may have two choices that both lead to your desired goal. For instance, let's say you have carrots as one option and hummus as another option, both of which are healthy and supportive of your goal. How do you make a decision in this scenario? My food analogy may not work well here, so let's set that aside for now. If you're faced with two good options and unsure which one to pick, ask yourself which one will get you to your goal faster.

If you're still unsure which option will lead to your goal faster, the key is to make a decision. Often, the thing that holds us back is indecision, which can cause frustration and stress in our lives, careers, and businesses. So, when in doubt, just choose one and go with it. Even if it turns out to be the wrong decision, it doesn't matter because you'll learn from it and improve as you move forward.

These are a few tips to help you make better decisions more efficiently. Now, I'd love to hear from you. Are you currently struggling with a major decision? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below. Additionally, if you have any ideas to enhance decision-making, we'd love to hear them. If you found this video helpful, remember to share it with two friends and sign up for my newsletter to receive these tips in your inbox biweekly.

Thank you for watching, and I'll see you again next time.
