The Four Tools That Keep My Clients Focused, Accountable, And Motivated (And Reap Huge Results!)

2023 will be a decade since I started my private coaching practice, and during that time, I’ve coached and consulted with many established entrepreneurs. Many of them have returned to work with me over and over again.

Why?

In the words of one private client:

“I’ve never made more money in my business than when I’m working with you!”

Others return for the accountability and focus I provide.

And many enroll to work with me to elevate and develop their leadership skills, and here are the results they experience from our work together:

Brian Milauskas

“If it weren’t for the work that we’ve done together over the last two years, my business wouldn’t have been able to survive COVID. Because of Hanneke’s coaching, I’m able to weather the storm, and I’m excited about the possibilities that lie ahead.””

Janice Carte, CEO of Tiny Spoon Chef

“I hired Hanneke Hugo Antonelli right before the pandemic (because I was overwhelmed and in tears) and went from 5 employees in Boston to 25 in five cities, and I’m doing it Like. A. Boss. Call her!”

So how do I get these clients to reap this level of success?

While I can’t let you in on all my secrets that happen inside a private coaching session (client privacy privileges :))

I can let you in on the tools my clients have that support them between sessions that further add to their success and the remarkable results they get.

And those tools are these:

TOOL #1: I Limit the Number of Private Clients I Take On

PURPOSE: This allows me to be fully present and available to support my clients with quality coaching every day! In my decade as a coach, I’ve worked with many coaches who see a gazillion clients, and the result: is a coach that’s burned out, can’t remember conversations, and are not fully present. This led to me getting frustrated and ultimately not getting the results I signed up for. I value getting my clients the best results and understand I’m often the only person they can confide in, and I take this very seriously. Therefore, I only commit to working with a select few clients at any given time.

TOOL #2: Kick-Off Call

PURPOSE: Get clarity on the client’s objectives
During this call, my clients and I do a deep dive into their goals, their personality traits, and more. This allows them to clearly understand how we’ll work together, and what they can expect from me, and also builds awareness, motivation, and commitment to achieve the results they desire.

TOOL #3: A Progress Tracker

PURPOSE: Keeps the client focused on the big picture and what needs to be addressed in each session
The progress tracker is a document where we capture:

  • client goals

  • session takeaways

  • resources to prep for our calls so clients show up ready and focused on the factors that really matter to drive profits

TOOL #4: Voxer Access Between Sessions

PURPOSE: Increase Accountability & Support
My clients get to check in with me between sessions, and we solve obstacles as they happen, report back on “homework” I gave them, and more. This helps my clients to bounce back from setbacks faster, stay focused, and be accountable to achieve goals faster.

When my clients utilize these resources and show up to our calls ready and centered (thanks to our progress tracker five-minute call-prep exercise,) they are amazed at the ground we cover and how quickly they start feeling more confident and grounded!

The result:

“Hanneke has completely changed the way I do business! I’m forever grateful!”

Courtney Culnane,

CEO & Founder Leeward Counseling

“Hanneke has completely transformed my business and, more importantly, myself! She’s helped me make so much money.”
