When I think about what has shaped me into becoming a better leader, it’s not just a “what”, but a “who” – my dad. He’s an entrepreneur and an expert in mergers and acquisitions, which has given him a unique perspective on what makes business owners successful. 

One piece of advice from him has particularly resonated with me: the difference between a business owner with $1 million in revenue versus one with $100 million in revenue often boils down to one thing. That one thing is their ability to let go of the notion that “nobody can do it as well as I can”. 

This insight has been pivotal in my approach to leadership. It’s about trusting my team, delegating effectively, and understanding that empowering others doesn't just elevate them – it drives the success of the entire business.

2) A Surprisingly Simple Way To Get More Organized And Strategic

Focus on one small, achievable goal each day. It’s about taking incremental steps towards streamlining your internal systems. 

Whether that one goal is about improving a process, organizing a workflow, or refining a strategy, choose one thing each day to move the needle for your business. 

Months down the line, you’ll be able to look back and see the significant impact of these small, consistent efforts.

3) A Quick Tip To Overcome Self-Imposed Business Limitations

I’m obsessed with mindset training for relentless positivity. 

Whenever I encounter a negative or limiting belief, I quickly brush it away and remind myself that I’m the kind of person who is both capable and good at doing hard things. 

I’ve been practicing this both in my morning workouts and in my work life for over a year and it’s built so much confidence.
